My theory is his family disowned him for being gay and accusing the doctor of touching him. And with a little payoff the family and charges went away. The timeline adds up.

What was funny is they were the biggest financial disaster! Bad credit. Short time on the jobs, because their previous employer screwed them. Couldn't imagine someone getting advice from this clown.
