Except out of all the races there is one race that has the largest percentage of it living on govt assistance and that particular race has also been a total clusterfrick ever since the great society was launched.

It makes sense. When slaves were freed all of a sudden you had a bunch of poor uneducated people. There were not many opportunities to build wealth. As time went on, segregation ended, etc.. Blacks started to have the same opportunities.
That's a fact as well.
At the same time there are whites who come from generations of poverty as well and just simply being from poor uneducated families they are deprived opportunities
But there is a reason there are more blacks, per capita, on government assistance. I am seriously not trying to support a "political agenda", that is just a fact.
