I am. Since my current role is not at the bedside and more of a regular office type role, I’m a regular salaried person that never works weekend or holidays anymore

It is a lot less stressful in some regards.
It allows me the flexibility to be able to go with my dad to all of his numerous medical appointments. Also gave me flexibility to go to all my own numerous appointments when I was doing IVF.
Even though things have been pretty crappy for me lately...the one thing I was so grateful for is my job and having such wonderful and understanding bosses and coworkers.
