I agree - I love my green egg. It takes longer but it's a ritual. Open a beer, work in the green egg, light a cigar and wait for it to heat up. No rushing it

I have the Weber Perfomer Deluxe and 22 WSM. It is a great combo that does everything I need for less than an egg. I can get my Performer going in about 15 minutes. The WSM is great at low and slow smoking and can go 15 plus hours on one load of charcoal with very little tending.
