There's a house in our neighborhood with a couple who rarely leave their, they never put up any sort of exterior decorations (but the yard and exterior of the house are well-maintained), have never had another vehicle parked at their home (except for the rare times they have work being done on the outside) and have every window covered so that you don't even see a glow of light at night. I've lived in this neighborhood for over a decade and I saw one of them step outside the house once about three years ago then go right back in.
