i hate that you can't throw an "off" card in situations that you normally would.
don't remember the specifics, but i covered which gave me the lead.
only trump i had left was a 5. game gave no choice but to play it.
then my brilliant partner played a 3. other team took it with a 7.
the VERY NEXT card my partner played was the king.

Second game went much better. Except for on time a player on the other team had A K Q J 9 2 and went 8. I don't know if 14/28 applies in this game.

that's another thing that sucks is getting adjusted to playing with people that don't know your tendencies.
and people who just SUCK at the game.
playing with real coonasses (like i finally did last night), i was able to figure out who had what relatively early in each hand, and develop my strategy accordingly.
normally on this app, no telling who the hell has what because they all throw shite down just randomly with no thought or method.
like people bid 9 or 10 with nothing higher than an 8 in their hands.

we just need to know each others names. join/leave until we get a game going and we can synchronize our watches to be sure we all click join at the same time.

Pedro Question. I've never played (live in n.la) and after reading the thread and some websites on how to play. Is it my understanding that the only trumps that count are the A K Q J 5 offsuit 5 and the 2?

5, off suit 5 = 5 points
