I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt and assume you meant something more like "two wrongs don't make a right," and in that sense, I agree because I don't believe the optimal outcome of this situation is to execute the mother.

But if not, then I strongly challenge you to examine your own thinking. Clearly, you think an evil is being committed here. You said it yourself: "Sharing the stories does nothing to defeat it...it only fuels it."

"It" being "evil," of course.

You since you believe an evil is being committed against this child, your solution is to simply stand by and watch?

You say "you fight evil with good." So you also agree that evil must be fought. So what is the "good" fight in this scenario? Your answer seems to be to ignore it, or else trying to "cancel it out" by engaging in some act of good somewhere else in the world.

That's like walking by a woman being mugged and molested in the street, and thinking "I'm going to fight this injustice by going over to the other side of town and serving lunch at a homeless shelter."

You've arguably committed a greater evil than if you'd just admitted you were too scared to help the woman. Because now you're congratulating yourself for "fighting darkness with light." You're not just neglectful; you're haughty about it too.

If she’s aggressively pushing him to live as a girl as a young child - which appears to be the case by any semi-objective standard - she’s quite possibly issuing her own child a death sentence for her own vanity.

If your batshit insane wife took your kid and moved to California and started pushing him to live life as a female knowing the likelihood that a few years of that will erase any chance of normalcy and likely put him on the path to severe disorder or worse - how rational would you be? I’d be unhinged.

I think we're getting to the point where radical feminists will have kids for the sole purpose of shaping them like a puppy.

If you saw some of those tshirts at the abortion rallies, you would throw up.
