Mine has been hit or miss. Have to restart. Then it will work.
Maybe having a VPN on my phone is messing with it.

mine showed network connection issues, although the map showed up where I was.

Mine will show the map and it knows where I am but it can't calculate routes

Mine was messed up too. Had to go my entire commute without knowing the traffic conditions ahead. Sucked balls.
