How does water weight affect your weight.

So assuming 1 liter of water equals a little over 2 pounds, I consumed about 5-6 pounds of water and a 20 0z Fanta (I know I ducked up). How long does it take to get out of your system to reflect a more weight

Are you getting ready to weigh in for a wrestling or boxing match? If not then it doesn't really matter.

Well, actually yes. My gym has a weight loss competition that I will be weighed in if I do join it. Several hundred dollars in gym and spa credit for the winner.

And orange Fanta.

P.s. Fanta in Europe is so much better

Go with a gallon of water a day.

Always remember water in = water out.

If you body is hydrated, it won't hang on to water
