Certainly appears these perps were patrolling for things to steal, her open car door was just an easier opportunity than a house window. I'm sure they were stealing something on this trip regardless.

Every video I have seen shows that type of situation. I am sure there has been some, but no one is getting guns pulled on them at redlights.

That’s the problem and why it’ll never turn around IMO. The demographic shift has passed the tipping point where the leadership structure is permanently installed. Yes, the names will change but the abysmal ‘leadership’ will remain the same.
