Maybe you're thinking Piccadilly Circus in London?

Are you thinking about Barnum Bailey's Cafeteria Extravaganza? I believe that Picadilly bought them out in 74.

Does anyone actually know the story behind the name of Piccadilly, and why a cafeteria in Baton Rouge, serving Southern/Louisiana staples, chose to name itself after a traffic circle in London?

Yeah, Uncle Lenny's Food Circus. The waiters used to juggle the bread rolls and throw them to people in the cafeteria.
