The AI generated lyrics seem soulless and sub par but using properly crafted lyrics works out incredibly well

Wolfgang Schroeder

It seems to pick up prompts well. Still stumbles at times but remarkably accurate

The Dusty Slattern

A song about a ship named the Gleaming Princess

Mac McMangus

Scottish rebel song

Lorelei was neat- I like the Scottish Highland style.

Spurs, I liked the "sauntering" feel to it.

Cool stuff- you are prolific, dude!

I dig it man!

I'm just amazed by how quick this thing is and how well it follows rhythms in most lyrics. It's sharpening my skills because I can see where my writing isn't transmitting clearly the sound, and it's so easy to edit and rework it's not a chore. Did a bunch last night.

Some more rock ones

I've been creating songs for a few months now. helps kill some time.

I make outdoor themed country music and some techno music (im an 80s kid) and a few rock songs. Here are a few of my creations.

Blues - Sitting on a Nail

Club Music - If your gone

That Old Camo Jacket - Country Music

Man, I dig it. That's all your own lyrics?

Also your style descriptions are WAY more detailed than mine. Do you find too many prompts overload it?

I just finished this one because my son loved Maneater
Maneater

And wanted me to write more stories about the character.

So I did Solomon's Mines

Then he still wanted more stories so I had to fill in the middle
Muldoon wa Damu

It means Muldoon of Blood.
Just a fun genre to write in

The ending to the trilogy

Solomon's Mines

i write my own lyrics and i build out my styles. yea im trying to get very specific sounds and its been a journey to say the least. I do enjoy the process tho. I work in technology so the effort to build complex styles takes me a just a few min. however writing lyrics takes much longer.

That's cool. Do you find it changes all that much? I usually give a few styles, specific instruments, specify vocals, maybe some mood directions, ambiance.

Much less technical. I'm more a lyricist and craft the words and rhymes and cadence so they flow in a way the AI can...read them I guess. Determine how I want them sung. It's imperfect but surprisingly accurate when guided.

I'm the opposite. Hundreds of lyrics pre-written, and when I get an idea and some time, they flow quickly.

Suno is far superior to Udio.
