She walked into the building. She was also shot by a an officer who had a history of recklessly firing off his weapon. Most of his employees file was missing when Investigators found it other than him previously firing at 2 vans that were leaving and stating that they were coming at him. It was a tragedy that should’ve never happened and I hope her family receives a big paycheck one day.

Neither, but she was a victim. How her case has been handled by our govt proves how evil it can be. Not all are the same and many are "above the law". I hope justice can come soon.
