I went in for a lube and rotation. The manager asks me how long it's been since they were last rotated. I told him maybe 10k miles. He gets me to walk out there to watch as he swings a maul and the tire still won't budge. I ask him if all the lugs are off. He assures me that he's the manager and he knows they are off, swings a couple of more times with that maul, finally looks down, and will be gd'd if there ain't a lugnut still on.
Needless to say, I dont put a lot of faith in their service department

Ok I have heard enough bad stories. I'll stick to a smaller tire shop even if it's a little more expensive. Now just deciding between Michelin or Continental.

They patched my tire for free in 15 minutes on a road trip. Always will respect them for that.

I punctured a tire on a Sunday afternoon of Thanksgiving weekend once on the interstate not far from Meridian, MS. Walmart was the only store open, so I went there for repair.
I was back on the road within an hour & it only cost $10.
Never bought tires from them though.
