I meant the orange shirt guy, who was 5-6 feet away, and also reached out and grabbed the kid, doesn’t speak English. So we will never know what she said to him.

The guy definitely speaks English. And he is a massive a-hole scumbag.

You talking about Patel? I was talking about orange shirt guy. What details do you have to come to that conclusion?

I’m not sure if the cops or detectives watched this video, but they should be fired.

And he should file suit against all parties including this lying count. But I doubt she has any money.

This is where we have failed.

I know it sucks but very few people are worth millions for 6 weeks of incarceration.

Frivolous bullshite is one reason this country has been on a downfall. Many despicable people just look for handouts their entire lives. Trash, literal trash all of them. If you have family that has sued anyone for a bad reason or borderline reason they are gutter trash. This needs to be known by everyone.

No, frick that. You quite literally can't make up lost time like this. Especially on what appears to be very sloppy investigative work.

Look, things have to be reasonable.

I am sorry, $6mm is unreasonable as are all the other lawsuits and free money that has been handed out for decades now.

Death and disease I get.

The man sits in a prison cell 24 hrs a day and you call it free money?

Well let me fill you in. Wal Mart employees are notorious for not knowing anything about where shite is in their stores, and are just generally unhelpful. In fact, it's often hard to find anyone to help...not that they would be helpful.

It’s not just the employees I’m talking about. It’s the customers like Patel as well.

There are way too many horrendous DA's. The bad ones will not dismiss a case even when it is beyond apparent that the suspect is truly innocent because they believe in arguing their case just to pad their record.

I don't know that much about the process but it seems to be as horrible of a possible idea for DA success to be determined by statistics.

The most successful DA is obviously one who watches that video and apologizes to the man for being arrested.

Let’s look at it like this together; everyone here for the most part has or is working a job that pays them income.

Can we agree that everyone here for the most part will be working until they are in their 60s and let’s be honest some of us will never be able to fully retire. Can we agree on this?

If you can agree on this think of how many years of working you would have gone through. 40+ for most people? Can we agree here?

That’s a long time. If you on average made $100,000 per year for 40 years that’s would be $4,000,000 smackaroo flat.

You worked your whole life for $4mm. Your entire life, think about that.

Are you sitting here telling me you woulnt trade 6 weeks? 6 months? Hell 2 years hard time for $6mm?

I can tell you this, id probably do 2 years for $6mm if offered the chance at some undercover work and that is knowing the risk is death. Why would I do that? Because $6mm if invested properly and offspring right properly can float a family line for a very very long time.

I am not saying the man deserves nothing. He obviously does. That said every time we drop this serious cash and we keep doing it, we set a precedent that is hard to undo.
