That seems to be a less than ideal business strategy

There a lot of stupid in this thread.

I know someone who drives for Walmart. They get paid more than just a per mile wage. They get safety bonuses, productivity bonuses, detention pay, and a lot of other pay for other tasks. And their benefits package is above average.

And they are very strict on hiring. They don't just hire any nimrod with a CDL.
