WTF. Was there not an emergency shut-off valve from the inside. Was there not a door handle to get out.

Even if it’s fully 100% an accurate, they’ll have to review what was happening in the store. It’s still treated as a crime scene and the general rules are to clear the entire building of a crime scene to prevent contamination.

Was the safety protocols being followed? Did someone who could have saved this girl leave the area against the protocol?

Supposedly the girls hands were so burned she couldn’t turn the knob to release

I worked at a bakery in a local grocery store 30 years ago and they had a "walk in" oven. I can't remember how many of the tall racks it fit but I think it was just one at a time. But you could easily fit inside without stooping.
