On what his fitness and nutrition regimen is like these days: "I’m still making gains. Very, very slow gains [laughs], but I am, and that’s something you can do for the rest of your life. If you train as a lifestyle, it helps you through everything. My training has evolved. When I worked out with [bodybuilder] Steve Stone, he had an old-school philosophy of just get the weight up. It doesn’t matter how you do it, just get it up. And with that philosophy I got a personal best of a 700-pound squat for three reps when I was 60-something, and that was after a double quad tear. That was an arena injury [not training related].
"What I do now with Mike Monteforte, my trainer...I don’t really have a trainer. We train together. He is my trainer, but we train together. I don’t like people saying, “Come on! You can do it.” It makes me want to rack the weight and say shut up. Mike’s training and technique are totally different from Steve Stone’s. Mike’s technique is one of safety, which?is so important. His philosophy is, don’t do anything where you can get hurt. You can do a max, but you really have to work into it. I recently had a resurfacing of my left hip, so I’m at a 560 squat now, and our goal is to get back up to 600."

Awesome for seventy even though I'm sure it was on a smith machine.

He's still way behind the OT average

He can also incline 450 on a hammer strength

No chance. At that age you would need some sort of superdrug or a way to add testosterone to your body...If only there was such a thing.

He'll probably live to 100 too

Of course he will. He doesn't abuse roids he hasn't taken that much damage from fake wrassling compared to most of the wrestlers

Vince McMahon is fricking awesome. I don't know him personally, which is probably why I'm good with him.
Monday night raw from 1996-2000..especially in 1998 was fun as hell. McMahon made a lot of that happen.
The dude is an occasional billionaire, in shape, can probably bang whoever he wants, has a penthouse in Manhattan, 40 million mansion, a fricking yacht called "sexy bitch" or some shite, snorts coke on his private jet..
And speaking of sexy, Sunny was the hottest chick on that show. McMahon probably banged her too.

I'm blown away. If you told me to guess how much he was worth I would have said 5 to 15 million. I had no idea he was that rich.

Value of the company dropped severely last year. Forgot the reason. They are a publicly traded company.

WWE took a beating from investors.
The stock was down more than 40 per cent since the market open. In fact, the stock, which had closed just below $20 on Thursday, opened down below $11.
350 not 750.
