I wonder when people of all races will get together and stomp out ghetto culture - shootings every day (e.g. Shreveport today), a mayor who yells out "frick you" like she's at some ghetto club in East St. Louis ...

I'm actually glad that she's Mayor..I believe you get what you deserve by and large..

The lunacy is the segment of her voters who would rather vote for someone who seems to "stick it to whitey" (corrupt, loud, uneducated) than to elect someone competent. Hell, a competent black candidate is far more likely to get elected by white voters than by black voters.
Shreveport black voters rejected the black candidates, so there might be a little hope.
