It seems like there are quite a few birders that go to the park & people having their dogs off a leash seems to be an issue.

I found this to be 100% true. I moved from the second blackest city in America to the whitest and it's insane how racist people are here. They claim to be enlightened, but cross the street when they see black people.

I absolutely agree with your assessment BP this woman has a problem with men period and men telling her what to do. If the man was Asian, Latino, or white she’d have behaved in the same manner I believe.
