Only on the OT can a woman lose her shite on being asked to leash her dog in a park where it’s required, call in a false police report and then put blame on the guy for recording how outrageous it all is.

Reading up on the guy that’s filming, it appears that he’s a known birder in the park. I doubt he was just walking around looking for trouble.
