Video of Oregon protester being shot is released, FBI agents under investigation

Two things going on here.
1. New video 12 minute long shows almost the whole confrontation. What's new is this video also has footage shot from a passenger inside the vehicle during the whole ordeal from start to finish. It's about the 5:30 mark where the cops open fire on the truck, then the truck veers off the road, and things went down from there. One thing of note is it appears as soon as the truck stopped the driver tired getting out with his hands up and someone immediately fires at him, busting out his window.
2. The other aspect of this story is FBI agents at the scene are under investigation for lying about firing at Finicum and then trying to cover it up.

dude got out and told them to "Just shoot me.You're going to have to shoot me" then reached for a loaded 9mm in his pocket.

I saw this earlier and it still looks like a legal police shooting to me. We are missing some details that might change that, but the guy almost ran over someone, and then reached into a jacket and was carrying a weapon.

seems damned irresponsible for him to do that with a truck full of family members. Other than the other guy in the truck, the rest sounded like they thought this was a game and quickly changed their tune when shite got real. sounded like he even had kids in there.
