Damn this is terrible. Btw had no prior medical issues, and Doctors admit he died from second Covid vax complications. Sure some on this Board knew him, prayers to his family, so sad.
A man with local ties died Jan. 28 after doctors say his second COVID vaccine caused an immune response that led to the development of an autoimmune disease.

Ole baw was 33, looked fairly fit. No reason to be taking that shite. Damn shame to leave behind a young family.

I have a coworker who’s cousin has also been diagnosed with HLH…Was diagnosed about 2 weeks after second vaccine. Has basically been in and out of hospital for last 2 month. Has had a couple blood transfusions and a few chemo treatments. Doctors have told him it could come back at anytime in future

The posters gloating over the fired unvaxxed cop will not be ITT other than to downvote.

I know a close family member to the deceased, I was told he had no underlying conditions. I have been following this for months.

I'm sure negative reactions to the vaccine are pretty rare but there's still no reason to take it if you are a healthy, young adult.

Every idiot shouting #misinformation kills, etc in trying to force people to get the vaccine have blood on their hands.
I find it hilarious that ochsner is pushing this crap so hard, after all the founder killed his grandson with an early iteration of the polio vaccine.

Sad story.
My dad had a business partnership with his grand paw.
Good people.
Think before you vax.

I don't know why people pretend these vaccines don't have issues. When it comes to childhood vaccines - there is always a risk of something. We accept the risk because childhood diseases can be awful and incapacitating. And if 200 million of the kids get vaccinated and 200,000 of them get a complication, then that is well under 'acceptable risk'
I really don't see that with the MRNA shots. They should never be and never should have been mandated. They aren't a flu shot - they are just pretending to be one.

Chemo? Is HLH protocol widely vetted?

And kids have practically zero risk from Covid. That's all this is, risk mitigation. If you are 80 and have heart problems the odds are in your favor to get it. If you are a healthy 14 yr old the government can frick off imo. Covid doesn't carry near the risk of something like polio for a young person.

The irony is you are being attacked for saying the same statement they use for any of the millions of people who died of COVID or taking horse pills or whatever.

Had a first cousin die of HLH prior to hungflu happening. He was about the same age as this guy.

Absolutely awful. Between some of the blood platelet issues and this - they really should be liable for the vaccine. They get all the upside and none of the downside.
