Vegan Parents Charged with Murder of Toddler by Making Him Vegan

Old news of the kid dying (September), but glad to see them being charged with 1st degree murder.

I’m fairly certain millions of children across the world don’t eat meat as a kid and grow up very healthy. Could be more to the story we are not reading at this point.

I’m sure Indians eat meat. But how many Indians are vegan? The only vegans in the world are people who live in the first world and can somehow find and afford the resources to make an unhealthy diet somewhat healthy.

Being vegan is more than being without meat, but dairy. Dairy seems to be pretty important in child growth and development. And there is a time that dairy becomes non-essential and sometimes unhealthy to consume, which is why veganism is rising.

after reading more about this, it certainly seems like this is more about pure neglect and actually starving the child and nothing to do with a "vegan" diet
but I guess that doesn't make for a click bait headline

And raising a child with a vegan diet is dumb as frick. Humans weren’t built to be vegans. If adults want to do it then whatever but no one in the developmental stage should have that dumb shite forced on them.
