Heard 3 plants walked. I know one is the Exxon all over the news that gave announcement. Anyone know who else?

...You forgot to add they all have unique skills that make them irreplaceable, and if they're unhappy with their job, they can quit at any given moment, immediately set their price and start working for their employer's competitors.

Question is, would you commit today to not getting a pay raise for the next 3 years? There is no renegotiating.
I make over $38/hr..i can deal without a raise for 3 years, at some point you have to realize that you make over $100k/yr and just need to be happy.
I hate that I work for a union refinery.

Word is the national is ear marking certain facilities to walk and the locals at some places are fighting them on it.

As a manager, do you have union guys working for you or just salary ? If so, whats it like having them for employees ?

We are all lab rats at heart. It's pretty chill and we are all hoping for the best possible outcome. You work side by side in a fish bowl for years you get pretty tight.

Hearing now all exxon facilities are on rolling 24s. Marathon took the brunt of the first wave.

You must not think much of yourself to take a pay cut for three years.

I'm failing to see where he said anything about taking a paycut.
