These agreements you speak of, im guessing have to be plant specific. so there may be some who have reached and some who have not.

I spoke with a Shell convent employee today that has been stuck inside the plant. He said there was no agreement in the near future. Im wondering if those salary guys stuck in the plant are getting compensated...? anyone know?

A "tentative" deal has been reached.

"USW reached a 4-year NOBP settlement including wage increases, no retrogression, improvements on fatigue & routine maintenance LINK

Looks like the USW just saved face with this deal. I'd be pissed if I had to hold out for this. A review of staffing levels is lame...

Well, I don't know what the NOBP agreement is but this is from XOM's batonrougecomplex.com website:

A $2,500 Contract Bonus, if ratified on or before March 16, 2015.
The Company also agrees to pay any lump sum ratification bonus paid as a result of 2015 NOBP negotiations – in addition to the above mentioned Contract Bonus

You damn near had no job, no pay, and no benefits. A raise don't mean shite if you don't have a job

I had people who work at Norco calling me to ask if I'd ask my dad if he could help place them. They were hurting for money. No income might as well mean no job.
