The talent at USC has gone down progressively as it's become way more difficult to get in. And USC has a massive West L.A. jewish population.

Lol no. New Orleans is largely a one trick pony compared to LA in this regard. I'm from BR, lived in NO, and about an hour south of LA for a couple of years. There is virtually no way NO has better non-cajun/creole than LA if not by sheer size & choices alone.
