Would love to see a citation for this. I would bet there millions of CEOs who make nothing or near it in America during any given year.

Should I assume your figures ignore the othwr 98% of entities and only look at the top?

25% more citizens (plus even more illegals) and inflation has nearly doubled prices. Per capita buying power may not have even increased, much less tripled.
