Wut?

A lot of healthy people are currently going to urgent cares just to get antibody tested. Most are charging like $100 cash and I think BCBS is paying for it in several states.

False. SOME antibody tests are bad. Some have 99% sensitivity and specificity.

So 50% of covid patients had covid antibodies? I don't think this means what people think it means.

Most are bad at the specificity part. 1-2 have the 99% you're talking about, but they aren't nearly as widespread.

That said, I'm taking one of those accurate ones today or tomorrow.

City MD a chain of urgent care providers are doing antibody testing. Probably getting data from them
