My wife and I watched this last night and it instantly sent us back to 1995 when we met at LSU. You would hear Hand In My Pocket and You Oughta Know is almost every sorority house back then.

frick meeee. Forgot about that. I saw them for $5 in spring of 1994 at The Varsity. I didn't realize till Darius came to BCSF that his first trip to BR was few years before that ~87.
I thought I had been at their first show in BR and just before becoming huge.

Hahah. That's awesome. I wonder though if she would have tried to remember them and tweaked them a bit.

Like in Head over Feet "I've never felt this healthy before" Could have been changed to "I've never felt this horny before"

I lost my gf's CD and had to buy her a new one. frickers were like $21.99 back then.

Didn't click.

Did it change from ironic to coincidence? Because irony is not quite what she describes in her song.

Oh don't you fricking start that shite. The irony is all the unfamous little twat english professors who came out the woodworks to hammer her for the lyric. That's irony and certainly not coincidence.

At least she has a sense of humor, she makes fun of herself in the updated one acknowledging the lack of irony in her song.

Exactly, at least she's having fun with it and not being a dick.
