Because the names and the text message have not yet been confirmed, the names have been blurred out of the photo. However, three people ages 22 and 23 with names matching those mentioned in the text message did have mugshots and arrest warrants for Tuscaloosa County on November 8. Of those three, the woman was held on $1,000 bond for two charges: harassment and obstruction. One of the men was arrested for public intoxication and held on a $300 bond. And the other man was arrested for obstructing government operations and resisting arrest and held on a $1,500 bond. All three have since been released.

Plus, these two are most likely candidates matching the charges rumored to be levied and a little bit of stereotyping.

In his or a friends house

If that's all the charges they can turn up on these kids the cop clearly had no business being there other than to tell to turn down the music or whatever.

"They should have complied"
"Don't break the law and the police wont bother you"

Oh the double standards in this thread.

I don't get why they went back inside for the chick. Seems like a wasted effort at that point. They knew they were being recorded, why make it worse?

I think they went in for the guy that tried closing the door on the cop and she got caught in the middle when they pulled him out.

I have had my fair share of run ins with the po po. The smartest thing to do is forget about your drunken law degree and just do what they say. Answer as few questions possible and don't ask any questions.

Well, you heard the cop when she said she was recording. "I don't give a frick."

frick that. I've gotten fricked in that situation before where I was cordial to the cop and didn't press issues when I should have. If the cops are infringing your rights, absolutely tell them to frick off.

When someone is getting arrested you don't have the right to interefere with police officers. I only watched the first 20 seconds of the video to see that.
