All fine and dandy and likely accurate, but whose neck hurts worse?
I don't know how the whole no-fault/comparative negligence thing meshes in FL but I am guessing the PI attorney would want it to be the Lambo's passenger as they would likely get the closest to dollar for dollar value of her claim when all the dust settles.

Last I looked into it, Florida has that PIP nonsense so who knows. All facetiousness aside, I’d rather represent BuckyCheese for his ferocious bilateral carpal tunnel after banging out “AMBULANCE CHASER” in a blind rage.

Guy seems like a total POS douchebag. No way he couldn’t tell he had hit her car.

Not licensed in a no-fault state so I don't understand how it works. PIP in SC for example has no setoff or subro by statute so it doesn't impact the 3rd party claim in any way but it is elective vs required. The last article I skimmed on FL no-fault seem to indicate it hasn't worked out the way the underwriters thought it would.

Imagine the cost involved to repair the Lambo the insurance carrier has to pay out

They only pay what her policy limits are for PD, which could be as little as 10k in FL
