I think he means it’s a more explosive environment but models are predicting a lot of convection to keep the high end tornado potential in check.

However that doesn’t mean that convection materializes. Still too far out to have a reliable prediction on that

That was my other thought but it was worded in such a way it threw me off. I’m sure he’ll be back to explain eventually.

However I just got back from riding around and I must say, the City shines and looks beautiful when it’s lit up during this kinda rains.

Not sure what it is but everything is very so picturesque

Being that this is a legitimate weather event that will continue to effect the Gulf Coast
for the next few days should get the attention of Rummy to make this thread a sticky.

There’s reports of severe flooding in Terrebonne Parish but I guess the admins don’t care about them
