Warning should say something about the winds. Looks like a hurricane out there.

We have flying trampolines. Think it came from the next street over. Wind is whipping.

As a kid, we had one end up in the tops of trees across the road. It stayed there until wind came from the opposite direction a couple years later and blew it down. We did drag it out and scrap it after that.

They’re just wind sails.

This current storm is pretty legit. Looks like it wants to reorganize right above us. Prosper needs to keep an eye on this one as it moves through Frisco.

My BFF is in Summit, MS and she said it’s real bad right now. The wind, rain and hail is pummeling them.

Had to call coworker in Lewisville to make sure he didnt lose anything.

Luckily I was just enough south to miss almost the whole thing.

Glad you’re good. We we just east of anything that maybe dropped. I was relieved all the dead trees and bushes were removed this week from the ice/snow storm. That wind would have been full of missiles if it were still around. Our Lakehouse just south of Canton got some hail but neighbors say we don’t have any obvious damage.

Remind me of this winter/spring in July when I’m bitching about the summer heat.

got a good downpour but relatively short lived here in BR 30 min ago.

I’m honestly fascinated with the weather and was wondering- why does it always seem like the areas from Jackson, MS to Birmingham and then north to the Tennessee line are always in the highest chance for tornadic activity? I know north eastern georgia usually gets it bad- is that dixie alley?

Not complaining, but, why are areas like Baton Rouge always dealing with just heavy rain it seems. The tornadoes are always north or east of us

it's the tracks of the low pressure systems, and the location of the jet stream i believe, these two features tend to mix together in the dixie alley this time of year

I’m fairly surprised they went high risk again

Here’s hoping for a bust
