One thing is for sure, not many on Twitter are looking for any sort of failure mode. It is balls out doomsday for most.
There is a lot of great info out there on weather Twitter, but I think there are some out there who, while very knowledgeable, sort of wish for things to be bad. Not that they want to see people hurt or killed, but they want some action to follow.

Dish, Texas
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
DISH is a town in Denton County, Texas, United States.[3] The town had a population of 201 at the 2010 census.[4] This community, established in June 2000, was originally named Clark. In November 2005, the community accepted an offer to rename itself "DISH" (all capital letters) as part of a commercial agreement with satellite television company Dish Network.[3]

Well, damn. I wouldn't have known because I didn't look it up. Interesting.

Dish has been around since 2005? Did not know that.

I thought the same before looking it up. I'm surprised it didn't become some kind of trend for other small towns to cash in.

Jim Cantore is in Huntsville, AL, so good luck to anyone here who lives in that area.
