I agree in most ways, but I consider liquor a narcotic, far more harmful than pot. I quit both and now all I can do for fun is read and post here.
The hard stuff is bad tho.

That's great for them, but I don't think its necessary to do drugs to have fun and feel good in life. Maybe some people just struggle more with life than I do.

I donate food and clothes. Did a jacket drive this year and I take 2-3 cases of left over fruit from the school out to them weekly.
$1 here or there isn't going to kill me, but it did suck when I was $2 short on a store yesterday and their credit card machine was broken.

I was talking about quaaludes after watching Wolf of Wallstreet and my dad's ears started ringing.
Came hustling into the living room asking me if I was into quaaludes and to not take them. Definitely sensed some personal experience there

You remind me of this guy Ricky I know (Richard K, Rummel 92)
He is so square he won't even curse. We tried to give him $250 to say "frick" and he would not do it.
Good guy though. He is the only person I know who stands for the anthem when watching games on tv.
He doesn't lie either. He will always tell the truth even if it makes him sound dumb.
Nothing wrong with that.
He did buy me my first bottle of md20/20 when I was 17. (I was at college at 17).
