I just think this guy deserves a fair shake. This story is more odd to me than normal, as 25 year old college grads with no history dont usually end up in these predicaments. And the fact I do know the family (not well enough to call friends, but well enough for this to be a true shock to me), my spidey senses say something more may come out here

Are you arguing that the victim could have died from the punch, thrown by the murderer, that sent the victim to the pavement rather than the kick to the head, delivered by the murderer, while the victim was laying on said pavement? Or are you arguing that the victim accidentally fell to the pavement where he suffered blunt-force trauma and *then* was kicked in the head by the murderer?

But yes, I am using the coroners report because that lets me know he did die from head trauma......

neither...im going with he was knocked to the ground and was kicked repeatably in the head then died in the hospital 2 weeks as a result of being kicked in the head
