Mark my words, the Prosecutor, Mayor et al will frick this up like they always do and overcharge this guy as if he set out to kill this guy before he ever stopped him. The Officer will get acquitted because he was overcharged and then the city will burn.
No way they let this guy walk and risk riots. Plus, the video is pretty damning to at least get this guy on negligent homicide like you said.
Can a jury in Ohio return a verdict on a lesser charge and/or can he be charged with murder and reckless homicide?

Now I can get back to indoctrinating the kids of these excuse-making libs and teach them to respect the law
I mean a few more years of this, and you'll have a whole generation that follows orders without question. What could go wrong? I can think of a few countries where this line of thought didn't work out very well.

LOL.
Typical, I write "respect the law" and you twist it into the Nazi-esque "follows orders without question".

Meauxjeaux2 was arguing that he committed a felony by eluding officers, which is justification for the officer's actions.
What is so hard to understand?

Are you suggesting that it's OK not to comply with all LEO commands?

Felony eluding is justification for point blank execution?
No. Not at all.
I was just explaining my absurd response to Meauxjeaux2's even more absurd argument.

Still fighting the good fight? I just hope officers are prepared to deal with zombie perps. I'm still blown away (no pun intended) by the fact that this guy was able to start his car and put it in gear after being killed.

That depends... do you like being shot?

Why can't cops just taze and pepper spray people anymore or use non-lethal rounds?

That's a great question. I would love to see this board argue if the officer had pepper sprayed the guy and then the dude drove off blind running into a bus full of nuns. Killing all of them and himself.
Now that would be a thread to read.

It's called plausible deniability

They get confused between the taser and the firearm. You never heard the "I meant to grab my taser but I grabbed my gun on accident... oops!" excuse?

Only pointing out that actions have consequences, and the deceased man's choice of action (to disobey a lawful order and start the car in a n attempt to flee) is what led to his death (deserving or not).

Well he obviously wasn't evading before his head was blown off... so zombie?

University of Cincy PD did away with tasers. I guess someone died from it. But this campus cop was patrolling off campus. Wanting to be a big time cop instead of a campus cop. Why the hell is a campus cop off campus pulling people over for not having a front license plate.

Do you want to get shot? Because that's how people get shot.
