Ohio's went into effect Monday and there's no teeth to it. The list of "essential" businesses is so wide you could drive a truck through it.
Ours is the same. I think the only people who are staying home are state workers and teachers.

This shite is a contest to see how many different ways they can say/do the same damn thing.
Apparently, nothing much has changed from the prior order. They are all scared shitless of being the one who didn't do enough.

Along with many countries who are trying to get ahead of this virus. US is way too lax.

Montana is in a natural state of social distancing... what a dumb order
I don’t think you know how stay at home orders work. For example, we are still allowed to go outside per:
quote:
"To engage in outdoor activity, provided the individuals comply with social distancing, as defined below, such as, by way of example and without limitation, walking, hiking, running, or biking. Individuals may go to public parks and open outdoor recreation areas, including public lands in Montana provided they remain open to recreation. Montanans are discouraged from outdoor recreation activities that pose enhanced risks of injury or could otherwise stress the ability of local first responders to address the COVID-19 emergency (e.g., backcountry skiing in a manner inconsistent with avalanche recommendations or in closed terrain)."

This has been happening for weeks. Nothing changes. You are not locked in your house, everything you need to buy is still available

We have zero enforcement mechanism for anything more stringent. You cannot close the grocery stores and pharmacies and you cannot lock people in their houses.
