Nope. You consented to a search. You gave up that right.

The property owner legally evicted you, you decide to just sit down. You take a beating because you were an idiot
That's a dumb analogy too. Evictions take place after a hearing. There was no hearing here.
A better analogy is that you sign a lease, pay it, then the landlord tries to evict you by his self, but lies to the cops and says your trying to burn down the house because the tenant after you is paying twice your rent.

Nope. You consented to a search. You have up that right.

what was the advantage of resisting the cops' orders?
Because by not consenting, you're forcing the officer to justify his search. If he can't justify it, you can sue. By consenting you're literally giving up your rights.

what did that get me besides an injury?
Some people value having rights. By not asserting them you are handing them over because you don't want to get hurt. How much are your rights worth to you?

meh, I will put my faith in the justice system if my rights are violated...I value my life and my health more than you, I suppose.

Cop shows up to your house, says he's going to search it, he has no warrant. You tell him he can't until he gets a warrant, he barges in, throws you down and injured you in the process.
What does this have to do with anything?

Hard to turn down an easy 2k at the end of the day. If it dips again I'll buy again

If this happened , you wouldn't have any empathy for that person, or if it happened to you, you'd just be like, "my bad, should have listened to the cop, that was totally my fault, not the cop's fault at all"???

You won't find much relief there.
Your fourth and fifth amendment rights are only there if you assert them. If you don't you have no rights.

I just don't get the relevance. A cop busting into my house isn't the same as a cop removing a trespasser from a plane.
What am I missing?
What am I missing?

So long United and take Delta with you.

Ticket holder, purchased ticket in advance, is not trespassing by any stretched definition you care to play here.

If I know I have a legal right to my seat, and that a cop has no legal standing to ask me to move, why should I move? Further, that by voluntarily giving up my seat, I lose my right to further recourse.
Trespassing is ridiculous. Can a tenant be tresspassing by following everything in the lease?

It baffles me that folks don't understand the rights of Americans,

You don't have a legal right to that seat, that was removed when you were selected to not have it
