I saw that video on another site several months ago and the sound you hear when her head hits that post is all you need to hear to know it didn't end well for her.

You just know the driver wasn't paying one bit of attention to the road while she was hanging in and out the window topless.

Article says, “sitting the back window”. Was she sitting in the window with legs dangling, or was she sitting next to the window or under it, legs inside or outside the vehicle? Sounds to me like it’s her fault, not the driver. She should have known better.

Sounds like the woman is, or better yet, was, a dumb bitch.

No way dude should be charged with murder unless he pushed her out the window. I guess if the cops charge people for every crime that is committed, it makes their dept look better, regardless of the crime fits.
