Insurance companies are notorious for claim denials. My brother experienced this with UNUM on his disability claim.

Go educate yourself with Elliot Spitzer's efforts against the insurance industry when he was AG of New York. He forced UNUM and others to pay millions in illegitimate claim denials. My brother's case was one of them. Wise up dummy.
