Not really. The words at the bottom of the graph were clear. I have nothing to prove. You have yet to prove anything other than you cant read and comprehend data.

The gunman, who checked into the HI New York City Hostel with a fake New Jersey ID, only pulled down his mask because he was “flirting” with the receptionist and she asked to see his face, law enforcement sources told The Post.
Lulz. This dude is going to get caught because he was hitting on the hostel receptionist. Add this to the "pussy is undefeated" hall of fame.

When it comes to denying claims, multiple reports suggest that UHC, which is the country’s largest health insurer and serves some 50 million people, is an industry leader, with a rate nearly double the industry average
Are you so dense I need to explain what the word multiple means to you?
quote:
A recent Senate report slammed the company for denying nursing care to patients recovering from falls and strokes on its Medicare Advantage plans, and it currently faces a class action lawsuit for its use of AI algorithms to automatically refuse payment.
quote:
In October 2024, the Senate Subcommittee on Investigations published a report that found the company was using algorithms to deny claims and “knew from testing that at least one of these automation technologies resulted in an increase in the share of those requests being denied.”
quote:
Delays and denials from UHC also frustrated its relationship with Duke Health, whose CEO said in an interview earlier this year that the insurer “has been 57% slower to pay claims than our other payers and takes over 60 days to respond to claims they deny.”

you do realize that i didn't post any sort of graph...i'm just commenting on the fact that you are obviously an insurance shill...less than 150 posts in 9 years, and over 30 in this thread...very subtle...

A news article is hardly a source as evidenced by your first attempt at this in which you posted a news article that cited an insurance lead generation website.

Still waiting on you to back up your claim with actual data. Here's a tip: You can't. It's made up. The data you quote is from 2021 and its only the state of Arizona. And only concerned inpatient care. 1/3 of all claims is literally inconceivable. But go off...
The ACTUAL study:

And, as an unintended consequence, people would get healthier.
