probably both. If you deduct healthcare from the stats it leaves a net loss of 85,000 jobs YTD.

If you deduct anything from the positive side of the line it will result in higher negative outcomes.

Probably about 3 years down the road? Investment takes time. Also, while we want to reshore as much as possible, getting jobs away from China is half the goal. I understand a lot of investment has moved to other Asian countries, so that's a start.

But yea, the economy has been hard to read. I'm guessing the illegals and government bloat exodus is warping some numbers while spending and jobs have largely remained even.
