Crap like this is why police don't enjoy the support they should have in the communities. If they would stick to arresting criminals and stop allowing themselves to be revenue collectors they would have so much support and respect from the communities.

i am not a walker resident...i was passing thru on my way home going around the shitshow on I-12 last night. the chances of me interacting again with walker PD are very nearly zero

You can go for it but to me it seems like a waste of time. I think you'll have to pay the ticket either way. Just know nothing will happen to the guy.
