Hold tour breath as long as you can while pulling down on your left ear lobe. Repeat. Problem solved.

Did you recently come off pain meds (or any other meds) after taking them for a while? The sneezing could be from withdrawals. There is some nerve that medicines will depress it and when you come off the meds, the nerve goes hyperactive and causes sneezing fits.

For hiccups eat a spoonful or two of peanut butter. It’s the only thing I’ve ever found that consistently gets rid of them.

Not that it’s any help, but my Grandpa had hiccups for like 3 days when I was pretty young. He ended up going to the Dr. but I believe they finally stopped on their own.
I believe hiccups can be related to diaphragm issues or stomach issues
