For those of you who actually believed he inadvertently crashed into the dealership or even remotely believed that Fuller POS:

This whole thing is obviously bad. It's never good when something like this happens, but the kid put himself in a situation where only something bad could happen. He likely didn't deserve to die, depending on what the details in the exchange were, in the process, but sometimes in certain situations the worst outcome occurs and that's what happened.
I will almost always give the police the benefit of the doubt though. My dad is a retired Texas Ranger and U.S. Marshall so I'm somewhat biased, but from everything I've read about the situation it's still a sad story, but the kid had the balls and the thought process to crash into a car dealership show room, I think that shows that maybe he would have not been the most cooperative individual.
In the end, police have got to start wearing body cams now. I know Arlington is in the process, but they appear to be 100% necessary for the public and media to take a police officer's account of a situation seriously.
ETA: I wonder what would have happened had the owner been at the business and shot the individual themself. Would the outcry be the same even though it's someone protecting their business and property? I would assume it wouldn't have been near as big of a story.

Did he think the dealership leaves the keys in the ignition?

I wish some people would realize that not all cops have the same equipment. A lot of officers don't have Tazers and they all don't have the same physical abilities. I worked with guys who played in the NFL and also with guys who were athletic at all and couldn't fight at all. Just like society police officers physical abilities are all totally different.

What the hell was that?
I mean did he just decided to frick up a car lot? What was with the 5 mins spent kicking in the car windshield?
And if he did steal a car, what would he have done with the car he drove there in?
The whole thing makes no sense.

Okay, folks...guess what?
Officer who shot unarmed Texas football player fired- LINK
ANd you know if they went so far as to call the shooting "questionable", you know it was a bad shoot.

A Texas police officer who killed an unarmed 19-year-old college football player was fired Monday for failing to follow police department policy, putting himself and other officers in danger, the department's police chief said.
Arlington Police Chief Will Johnson said Officer Brad Miller's pursuit of 19-year-old Christian Taylor in the Friday shooting was "questionable."

Your headline makes it sound like he was out walking his dog or tossing around the football with a buddy. HE WAS A CRAZY ARSE CRIMINAL IN THE MIDDLE OF COMMITTING A FELONY. Jesus, what do you mean your torn. Pull your gotdamn head out of your arse and see it for what it is. Another gotdamn criminal taken off the streets and NOT threatening you, me, my family, your family or any other law abiding citizen.

Cop was fired. SHooting called "questionable" by the police chief. Now you know when the police themselves call it "questionable. that is was pretty bad. He was fired for breaking policy in the killing. So sure, you can be against criminal behavior of the victim (as am I), but people can also be against criminal behavior of a cop.

What a load of horseshite.
His chief threw him under the bus because the local pols don't want their town to become the next Ferguson. It has nothing to do with whether he followed policy or not.

ANd here come the first of many excuses as to why this did not turn out the way many people wanted. You better go put a new tin foil hat on.
Sadly, but predictably, people with go to great lengths to claim the cops do no wrong, or at the least, rationalize any abuse of power.

That is a dumb response. Not all police work is physical, most of it is mental. You want a physical smart tough cop for what a lot of departments pay, that is just a pipe dream.
A lot of officers also start out in great physical condition, but Father Time is cruel. I have had 2 knee surgeries, back and arm injuries during my career. I am also 6'4 270 lbs. most cops are not my size though. Most cops are just like the public. Average size and build. Even at my size their are a lot of criminals that give me a hard time.

LC, the chief may have thrown him under the bus or the officer may have screwed up. Until the facts are released we don't know, but the chief should have a good reason to make this decision. All of the facts will come out.

That's the dumbest thing I'll read all day.
I'll be sure to tell all the FBI guys across the hall to quit when I get in tomorrow. They all look like accountants.

Absolutely, I agree. No one is above the law. However, this sorry POS walks onto/into a business that employes people, pays city, state, and federal taxes with malice as his only intent - he got what he went looking for, trouble. Regardless of race. Regardless of gender. It could be Fluffy the bi-crossed-confused purplish Afro, euro, chinaman. We are catering to criminals. You want to act a fool, you get treated a fool as one of my coaches used to say.

In this situation there are two criminals.. the vandal and the cop that killed him

Read your own post. It says the chief said the pursuit was questionable. You keep saying it says he said the shooting was questionable.
It may end up either way but changing it in the middle to fit your agenda is disingenuous.
I have not read this whole thread so I did not see your many posts ranting against the young man for wrecking the dealership. Had he been at home or somewhere else, not breaking laws he could be in fall practice today.
Any thoughts on his actions and his responsibility in his own demise?
