No one, and I mean NO one, in New Orleans East is doing a paternity test, unless a court order demands it while they are incarcerated. The system is set up to where the baby mommas get a lot more cheese if there isn’t a father identified. Just like LBJ designed it.

Yea I'm also thinking that over the past 20 years just how stable has Uganda been? How many of those have been rapes? I remember hearing many years ago that the AIDs virus was basically spread throughout that area from warlords conquering and running through the continent. Basic Medevil shite in the 2000's.
