Not so much. There's a factor accepted in the scientific community that plays a big part. People don't talk about it because it is very controversial. But it's also factual.

Yes they do, very much so. In undergrad econometrics, on finals day we presented our papers. There was an African guy that spent most of his time presenting his paper on immigration and wages talking about how we need immigration "since American blacks are so lazy."

I've noticed that too. They despise most American blacks. Probably because the foreigners have had to deal with real problems instead of simply playing the race card.
I find it hilarious. I guess they're just racist.
