It's illegal federally

But that's not the reason this is legal, just a bad example

A while back when I out of town for a medical appointment and it was a four day visit, I was using a rental car, I asked enterprise for something cheap and all they had was a Toyota Corolla that smelled like smoke.

It was only four days and I thought I could handle it that long but after a a few hours on the first day, I buckled and brought that shite right back and they had another corolla available with great brand new car smell and was forbidden to smokers.

Smoking is trashy and anyone who partakes in that nastiness deserves all the stigma and inconveniences that come from it.
